Nitin Mohan, Principal

Nitin Mohan brings with him a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of hospitality financial services and the restaurant industry including but not limited to feasibility studies, corporate financial statements, monthly profit & loss statements, annual and internal audits, risk service, payroll, information technology, and much more. Nitin provides regular updates to business owners on matters relating to cost control, inventory control, financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budgets.

In the restaurant industry, Nitin has the experience of being a Togo's franchisee himself (since 1986), and brings with him the knowledge and expertise of running an efficient business. He applies this same proficiency and dedication to all of his services. Nitin has an Accounting Degree from the University of Phoenix.

Nitin has served and has been involved in the following:

• Member of the Better Business Bureau
• Active 20/30 Club #1, Past Active, Served as a two term Board of Directors
• Served as an Officer in the Zambia Police Reserve

Hetal Patel, Associate

Hetal Patel has a degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She has knowledge of various accounting practices and provides valuable service to her clients.
